50 CENT starring in "Pimpin' Curly"

50 responds to Rick Ross, Foxy Brown, and Pimpin Ken. 50 is hilarious. I take back anything negative I ever said about this guy. He earned points for this shit right here.

For those of you keeping score at home, Current Beef Scoreboard:

50 Cent: 4, Rick Rosss: 0.

50 Cent vs. Rick Ross (Round 3)

Curtis interviews Rick Ross's baby mamma and she dishes the dirt of Officer Rawse. Then 50 takes her on a shopping spree just for good measure. Because he can. If you haven't been following this beef, the current score is 3-0 in favor of 50 Cent. Fif is the king of all things beef, you can't compete with this dude when it comes to this type of fuckery. He lives for it. Officer's Ross doesn't stand a chance in hell because (a) he's a cop and (b)50 will go to any length to embarrass you. This goes beyond diss records, 50 is fucking with Ricky for fun. He's the Darth Vaider of this rap shit. I'm not a fan of 50 or Rick, but this shit is beyond entertaining.

If you're unaware where or how this started, follow along...

1. Rick made a song called "Mafia Music" is which is takes shots at Curtis.

“I love to pay ya bills, can’t wait to pay ya rent/Curtis Jackson, baby mama ain’t looking for a cent/Burn the house down, you gotta buy another/Don’t forget the gas can, jealous stupid motherfucker”

2. 50 responds with a song called "Try Me" in which he goes after Ross and DJ Khaled

3. Ricky goes on the radio to talk shit about Curtis. He basically says the "Try Me" track is garbage and gives Fifty 48 hrs to respond.

4. Curtis responds in less than 24 hours with a video blog stating he's going to "fuck up your life...for fun."

5. Ross doesn't say shit.

6. Curtis releases a animated cartoon called "Officer Ricky" taking more shots at Rawse and making people laugh in the process.

7. Ross doesn't say shit.

8. Curtis puts Ricky's baby momma in front of the camera and buys her a fur coat and some Gucci shoes.

Unofficial Guide to the Saigon & Joe Budden Beef.

We all love beef. How could you not? It's enticing. It begs for our attention. Even vegetarians can't deny it's alluring qualities...

So for the past few weeks Joe Budden and Saigon have been going back and forth, throwing jabs, and dissing each other on wax mp3, blogs, radio, and internet videos. To me, the shit is straight comedy. So being the investigative cat that I am, I decided to do some research and put together the Unofficial Guide to the Saigon & Joe Budden Beef. This is so all of you at home can follow along and keep score. Pencils up.

Now to understand any good beef, you need to understand it's roots. Why do these dudes hate each other? What is driving them? At the start of almost any beef is either (A) a woman, (B) money, (C) a diss, or (D) a perceived diss. In this case, if you said "D" you would be correct. Give yourself a point. This whole thing started way back in November 2007 over a perceived diss, follow along....

During a BET freestyle, "Jump Off" Joe Budden dropped a punchline in which he referenced a newly infamous Saigon and Mobb Deep altercation at SOBs in which Saigon punched Prodigy and ran out the door. Here's the Budden line that set it off:

"As soon as the wife's gone, they jump on the python/
She ain't know I'm out to Hit and Run, like I'm Saigon.
(c) Joe Budden

Was it a diss? Joe says no, but Saigon took it as one, and that's where our story begins.

Later that month, Saigon went on the air with Lip Service on Shade45 Radio and gave a drunk interview in which he talked about all kinds of fuckery including running after the Mobb Deep fight, Prodigy's jail time, and then threatened to slap Nelly. Oh, and punching girls in the face. He was obviously catching feelings about Joe's line. So the next day, Budden called into Real Late with Peter Rosenberg to talk about Saigon. This was step one in getting the beef cooking.

So some back and forth shit talking went down in various interviews, and the beef seemed to linger, marinate if you will. But nobody said anything on wax. Saigon threatened to kick Joe's ass. Joe Budden always kind of ignored it, acting like Sai wasn't even worth it. Talk, talk, talk.

Fast forward to last week [>>]

Joe Budden put out a song called "Letter to Saigon" to address the beef and clear up the confusion.

Joe Budden - "Letter To Saigon"

However, it didn't clear anything up at all. In fact, it only made Saigon madderister. He appeared in a video promising to battle Joe Budden, and then proceed to beat him up at first sight.

Well, Saigon kept his word and started the battle. He responded with a Budden diss, and that sparked this whole thing. The onslaught of diss tracks and responses bombarded the internet. Here they all are in order...

Saigon - "Underachiever" (ft. Prodigy)(Joe Budden Diss)

Highlights include shots at Budden's bad breath, his album flopping, claims of other men sleeping with his girlfriend, threats of beatdowns, and accusations of Joe's son being gay. Topped off with a soundbite of Prodigy saying Joe Budden sucks.

Joe Budden - "Pain In His Life" (Saigon Diss)

Joe fires back with a punchline riddled track and pretty much destroys everything Sai said. Highlights include poking fun at his appearance on Entourage, his relationship with Just Blaze, and jail stint with the line: "He went in a tight end and came out a wide receiver."

Saigon - "Pushin’ Buddens" (Joe Budden Diss)

Saigon jumps some classic Wu beats and ups the ante. Highlights include claims that Joe bit lines, Joe getting dropped for Def Jam, more gay son references, more beat down claims, and then jumping on Joe's "Pump It Up" beat.

That brings you up to speed. Joey says he's not finished. He's got something planned for Saigon. And really, this could go on forever. So who do you think is winning this battle? Is this battle even worth all the attention? Does anyone even care? All this beef is making me hungry.

Just your run of the mill rap battle that end in an all-out brawl, but this time it's translated for you non-ebonic speaking folks. Very helpful and highly informative.

GZA/Genius - "Paper Plate" (50 Cent Dis)

The GZA sharpens his killer flying guillotine and takes aim at Curtis.

Straight from the press release:

His new album, Pro-Tools arops Augeust 19th, and the first leak track, "Paper Plate," finds GZA going at the Vitamin Water mogul, 50 Cent.

With "Paper Plate," GZA is in top form, a true veteran showcasing the incomparable style that has defined witty battle rap for the greater part of a decade.

Spitting 104 bars of straight heat, GZA cuts the legs out from under the G-Unit impresario, reminding us all how sweet beef on wax really sounds. Using metaphor and lyrical imagery (and without employing a single curse word), GZA gives it to us "burnt & crispy."

True heads stand up...The Genius has finally returned.

Shaq vs. Kobe (Again)

Shaq grabbed the mic kicked a freestyle at a party in NY last night...he takes some shots at Kobe. People are making a big deal out of it. It thinks it's all in fun. In 98% of every freestyle I've ever heard, that cat spitting is big-upping himself, and shitting on everyone else. That's basically was Shaq was doing. It's no big deal, world. Stop trying to make something outta nothing.

I do hope Kobe comes back at him though. Maybe he'll make a video of himself jumping over a shack. That would be the hotness.

[NEW] The Game - Taped Convo (G-Unit Diss)

Game steps up and decides to join the ongoing Young Buck/50 Cent beef stew. Game comes with some heat, and some tapped conversations of his own. The rap game is turning into an episode of The Wire, but with horrible acting.

50 Cent Sues His Baby Momma For Defamation.

Fitty Cent and his ex, Shaniqua Tompkins, are headed back to court again as the drama between the two continues to roar. I swear, this dude sees more court than the Harlem Globetrotters.

After a fire burned down 50 Cent's Long Island home where the rapper's ex, Shaniqua Tompkins, and his 11-year-old son Marquise lived (the same house he was trying to kick them out of), Tompkins made claims that 50 was responsible for the blaze.

"He tried to kill me and his own child," stated Tompkins. "I know this came from 50 Cent."

Well, Fif didn't like that very much so he's suing her for defamation of character. Come on, Curtis, you're a rapper. You defame your own character. This is the same cat who starts beef with every rapper in the industry; including, but not limited to Game, Young Buck, Ja-Rule, Fat Joe, Cam' Ron, T.I., Kanye...the list continues to grow. Looks like he can't take his own medicine.

50 Cent & Young Buck Beef Over the Telephone.

Remember when rappers just beefed on record? Now it's on telephones, YouTube, and the internet. Technology is fun!

So let me break it down. Young Buck used to be in G-Unit, but he got kicked out because 50 claimed he abused drugs. Young Buck spent all his money on said drugs and then came to 50 asking for royalties he was owned from his G-Unit days. Curtis said no, so Buck started popping off and dissing G-Unit. He even came out in concert and said "Fuck G-Unit."

50, never to be outdone, then released a recorded phone conversation between him and Buck, where Buck actually begs to come back to G-Unit and then breaks down and starts crying. It's quite painful. (But on the real, why is 50 recording his phone conversations? That's some Shady ass shit...no pun intended.)

Listen here: Part 1. Part 2.

So Buck has now fired back with his response to the Phone Call heard 'round the world.

Young Buck - "The Taped Conversation"

Rappers are silly.

Mike Tyson is Gangster.

Once the most feared man in the ring, now it looks like he's trying to instill that same fear in the streets. It's being rumored that Iron Mike helped orchestrate the murder of Brooklyn gang members, and offered up $50,000 for the hit. You can't make this kind of stuff up.

During a Thursday trial against alleged Cash Money Brother gang member Abubakr Raheem, witness Dwayne "Thor" Meyers claimed Tyson and Muhammad Nur helped orchestrate the hit on CMB leaders Damion "World" Hardy and Edward "Taz" Cooke. Although the contract was never carried out, Meyers says it was solicited in retaliation for the June 2000 killing of Tyson's bodyguard and close friend Darryl "Homicide" Baum, who authorities believe as the man who allegedly fired nine shots at 50 Cent during an unrelated, failed murder attempt. So, does Tyson have beef with Fiddy? Is Fiddy gonna come at Mike on wax? Can Mike rap? Will Curtis try to burn Mike's house down? Will Mike eat Fif's children? These questions need to be answered.

50 Cent Takes Aim at T.I.

I swear, this dude is either must be the most bored cat in Hip Hop, or the most genius. He's constantly taking shots at people, stirring up that beef, and getting people to talk about 50 Cent. He's a marketing genius. I can't front on that.

This time, 50 points the heavy artillery at T.I. by questioning his non-snitching ability regarding his latest legal trouble. On the song "You So Tough" of the upcoming Terminate On Sight album, Curtis spits:

“Nowaways this rap shit aint adding up. How n—-s get caught with 10 machine guns, only get 12 months?

Oo-weee, don’t talk to me. If you talking to him, you talking to them…

I got the best lawyers that money can buy….they say at best they woulda got me 10 or maybe 9.

I said, how do you explain how the homie breezed? They said, you keep your mouth shut or you eat the cheese.”

Stay tuned...I'm sure this isn't finished.
