Banksy in New Orleans.

The faceless and equally infamous British graffiti street artist took a trip to New Orleans to stencil his imprint on the forgotten city on the third anniversary of Hurricane Katrina. Some of the pieces relate directly the hurricane and its disastrous aftermath; others are targeted at the legacy of Fred Radtke, an infamous N.O. anti-graffiti crusader known as the "Gray Ghost" for his practice of painting over graffiti in gray paint—regardless of the color of the underlying wall.

Banksy is a genius, and I love how he incorporates social commentary and pre-existing civil engineering into his art.
