The classic album Illmatic is being turned into a book. Hip Hop Scholar, Author and Activist, Dr. Michael Eric Dyson is currently writing a book about Nas's debut album. Released in 1994, the album received the once coveted 5 Mics from The Source, and is widely regarded as one of, if not the greatest, Hip-Hop album of all time.
