Marshall Mathers hits BET for the Rap City Relapse, a special feature in which they brought back the classic Rap City for one episode just to interview Eminem. That's it. Well that, and maybe Tigger needed a paycheck. The interview is blah, but the above video is Em hitting the infamous Booth and ripping the shit out of the mic. Don't know if it's an actual freestyle, but one thing's for sure...He's still got it.

Ok, I admit...I'm late on this one. But I'm still earlier than most everyone else. The homie E-Dub from whateyethought.com put me on to this up and coming emcee named Convinced outta Los Angeles. I'm glad he did. His debut album, Refreshing, drops Oct 21. So to get you all ready, he's decided to drop a new freestyle everyday up until the album drops. For those of you slow on the math tip, that's 28 straight days of freestyles. How many of you can actually do something besides brush your teeth for 28 straight days?

Word on the streets internets, is Convinced plans to keep dropping a daily freestyle even AFTER the album drops. Just because he can. Dude plans on taking over the game one day at a time. I wonder if he has 365 in him.

Shaq grabbed the mic kicked a freestyle at a party in NY last night...he takes some shots at Kobe. People are making a big deal out of it. It thinks it's all in fun. In 98% of every freestyle I've ever heard, that cat spitting is big-upping himself, and shitting on everyone else. That's basically was Shaq was doing. It's no big deal, world. Stop trying to make something outta nothing.

I do hope Kobe comes back at him though. Maybe he'll make a video of himself jumping over a shack. That would be the hotness.
