Red x Meth on Carson Daly.

Good interview. Great performance...but not as good as the one I saw in person last night. Hahaaaaaa.

[PHOTOS] Method Man x Redman in L.A.

Meth Tical and Funk Doc da Spot smashed LA last night at the Highlands. On top of the new joints off the Blackout! 2 album, you know they had to drop some of the classics from the 90's. In fact, when "Da Rockwilder" came on it completely destroyed the building. I think the Highlands might need to call in some contractors to rebuild that muthafucka.

Mad people were in attendance last night including Erick Sermon (who blessed the stage with "Music", The Rza (who tore it down with Meth doing "Wu Tang Clan Ain't Nuthing Ta Fuck With", Yo-Yo, Affion Crockett, DeRay Davis, Diz Gibran, Tri-State, Planet Asia, DJ Drama and of course, Gio Basicali. Method Man did his usual crowd surfing, Redman did his usual shit talking. Check the flicks and then hate yourself for missing such a dope show.

adidas x Def Jam.

Adidas has linked up with Def Jam records to commemorate their 25 years in the biz. It's only right, considering that they have been linked together since Run DMC in 1985. Well, now the Three Stripes have dropped a handful of new colorways for Def Jam, as well as some for individual artist like Redman, Method Man, Young Jeezy and Ghostface Killah (which I think are the only ones I'd cop).

[NEW] Method Man & Redman - "Dangerous MCs"

"Even Herbie Hancock know Red rockit"

Yessir! Meth and Red act like it's 1999, and come with some of the classic Blackout funk. Proving that they still got, they come with that same hot fire that Dylan spit. I hope this one is produced by Erick Sermon, because that's what my Spidey senses are telling me. I know that bass synth anywhere.

In case you didn't know, the Funk Doctor Spock runs through more bars than Lindsey Lohan's drunk ass.

Redman - "Tonight's Da Night"

..."I'm after the gold, and after that the platinum."

Red is hands down one of my fav 5 emcees of all time. Somewhere between Biggie, Common, Q-Tip, and Andre3000. Yo, I said my 5 favorite, not top 5 of all time. Jesus, get your own blog.

Behind the Scenes: Meth & Red's "Miss International"

DJ Whoo Kid goes behind the scenes of the latest Meth and Red video shoot for their song "Miss International". The song appears on their upcoming album Blackout 2. Check the video and a guest appearance from Green Eyed Bandit, Erick Sermon.

[NEW] Redman & Method Man - "City Lights" (ft. UGK)

Wow. This shit bangs. Two different duos from two different worlds that I would never think of mixing together, but this shot worked wonders. Color me impressed. Red even threw in a little auto-tune and I didn't mind one bit. Don't worry, it's only like 2 bars, minus the 808s and heartbreak.

[NEW] Method Man & Redman - "A Yo"

The Blunt Bros. return with a brand new cut (presumable off of Blackout 2). It's got a little bit off mass appeal radio-play steez to it, but still on some rhyme shit. If that makes sense. And there's a Nate Dogg rip off on the hook. No shots.

Red & Meth Live Performance

Two of my favorite emcees of all time, Method Man and Redman, move the crowd at the Still High Tour, performing their classic "How High."

[NEW] Redman - "Lay You Out" (ft. Oh No)

NEW REDMAN! NEW REDMAN! NEW REDMAN!

I love typing that sentence. Funk Doc is one of my all time favorite emcees, and you can't ever change my mind. For this one, Red links up with westcoast representer Oh No for this heatrock that features classic Street Fighter samples. Hadouken!

Daily Dopeness: Da Rockwilder.

I'm tired as fuck. I drove down to San Diego last night for the Red and Meth show, and to interview the M-E-T-H-O-D Man. I stayed until 2 AM and had to drive back to LA, so I didn't get home until 4 AM. But it was worth it, the show was bananas. Red and Mef killed it as usual, and put on a great show. San Diego represented too. I've never seen so many white surfer kids rapping along to classic hip-hop songs. If you haven't seen these cats live, what are you doing with your life? They shut this place down when this sound came on. No surprise, it's such a crowd rocker.

Redman - "I Run My Block" Freestyle.

Ah yeah, nothing like some good Reggie Noble to get your day started right. Nobody beats the Red when it comes to classic TV/movie references. Fuck Doc spits over Hova's "Show Me What You Got" instrumental.
