[NEW] Drake (ft. Kanye West, Lil Wayne, and Eminem) - "Forever"

Wow, three of the biggest rap superstars on 1 track? (No, not you Drake). It's only missing Jigga to complete the current Mt. Rushmore of Hip Hop royalty. So what happens when you put this many heavyweights on one track? The people go crazy. The internet has been talking about this one for the last few days, just waiting for a taste. And here it is. Let me give you some insight. Lil Wayne wanted to work with Eminem during the time he was recording for Relapse, but it never worked out. Em promised to give Weezy a collab after the fact, and that time is now. So Weezy pulled in Drake, and of course Kanye followed suit. This track is going to appear on Lebron James’ upcoming More Than A Game project dropping soon. And yes, Eminem kills this shit. No wonder he went last, because the song would have been over in 30 seconds if he went first.

[NEW] Drake (ft. Lil Wayne & Young Jeezy) - "I'm Going In"

New music form Drake Drizzy featuring Weezy and Jeezy. Fo sheezy. This one goes hard. And like the title suggests, they go in. I see Wayne's still using auto-tune on his hooks. Really? Wasn't that shit so January?

The Making of "Maybach Music 2"

The production team J.U.S.T.I.C.E. League talks about the making of Rick Ross's classic track and one of the best instrumentals of the year so far, "Maybach Music 2" featuring Kanye West, Lil Wayne, and T-Pain. Deep Than Rap is in stores now. BAWSE.

If you don't know the song, or haven't heard it yet, get you some:

[NEW] Rick Ross ft. Kanye West, Lil Wayne & T-Pain - "Mayback Music 2"

This is one of the most anticipated songs of the year, and according to the Bawse, the realest shit ever wrote. Every one does their typical routine. Kanye flashes, Ross acts Bossy, T-Pain autotunes, and Weezy says weird, off the wall, pause-worthy shit like:

"All black Maybach, I'm sitting in the asshole."

To each their own. This song is still massive. BAWSE.

The Carter Family Reunion (Mixtape)

Carter x Jay-Z x Lil Wayne. Get it? Carter Family Reunion. I know, I thought it was clever too. This is the latest mixtape from the homie Carter, presented by the good people at Ill Roots. I know that a lot of blood, sweat, and tears went into the making of this. And I know you're also going to enjoy it. It's different. But change is good. That's why I wear a different pair of kicks everyday.

Lil Wayne on Jimmy Kimmel.

Every time Weezy makes an appearance on live television it's hilarious, and this time is no different. And Kimmel is funnier than shit. We also learn that Weezy and Charlie Gibson are homies. This will be my last Wayne post of the day. Promise.

[VIDEO] Lil Wayne - "Prom Queen"

Weezy links up with Korn for the video of his first single off his upcoming rock album, Rebirth. And yes, that's actually Wayne playing guitar on the song.

"Gangster's Don't Ask Questions." (c) Lil Wayne

...But evidentially they answer them. Weezy sits down with Katie Curic (also something gangsters obviously do) for an All Access Grammy Special, which will be airing before the Grammy show. This is a preview of the interview that is sure to rock the nation. Or not.

Regardless, I think Wayne is off his rocker, and I don't think the mainstream world is ready for that. This will be interesting.

[NEW] Q-Tip ft. Busta Rhymes, Raekwon, and Lil Wayne - "Renaissance Rap" (Remix)

Q-Tip? Yes, Busta Rhymes? Yup. Raekwon? Fo Sho. Lil Wayne? Why the hell not. Q-Tip enlists some heavy hitters to remix one of my favorite joints on The Renaissance. This is a heat rock. I love when remixes make sense.

Lil Wayne's Tour Demands.

We've all heard stories of rock stars having crazy demands when they perform: a bowl of all green M&Ms, warm ice, KFC, 40 blonde virgins. Well you can add Lil Wayne to the list of musicians who have an outlandish tour rider that lists off ridiculous request after ridiculous request. Who knows if he does this to fuck with promoters, or his head has gotten too big for his own good. Regardless, it's entertaining. Here are some of his demands, as reported by The Smoking Gun, who got their hands on an actual copy of Weezy tour rider. It's not so much that's it weird shit, but outlandish requests that make it seem like his fame has gone to his Codeined up head. To see the entire document, go here. Here are some of the highlights:

-Half his of six-figure fee IN CASH BEFORE the show.

-Demands that he be lodged in the "Presidential Suite" of a "5 star hotel." His room must be at least 1000 square feet, and the living room and bedroom have to be separated by a door.

-Promoters must also be prepared to provide a "chartered Lear JET" for Lil Wayne and his entourage.

-The performer's dressing room needs to be "without oder" and stocked with two bottles of Hennessy cognac ("XO Only!!!"), 2 Liters of Grey Goose, 2 bottles of Patron Platinum. He also requires two bottles of Perrier-Jouet champagne, though his people need to brush up on the spelling of "Perrier."

-As for security, Lil Wayne needs a two-vehicle police escort from the airport, and to and from the hotel and the concert venue.

-Four off-duty cops must accompany him during these travels (while most rappers seek to distance themselves from law enforcement, Lil Wayne describes this rider entry as a "MANDATORY REQUIREMENT!!!").

- While touring overseas, Lil Wayne requires around-the-clock security provided by "FOUR (4) ARMED PERSONNEL."

-He also has a specific sound set up that he requires. He wont just use the shit already installed in the club. If you don't have what he wants, you need to buy it.

DJ Premier Speaks On Nas, Jay-Z, and Lil Wayne

Primo knows the deal, straight up and down. When you hear him talk, you can tell that he gets it. He's a fan of hip-hop and been a part of this culture his whole life. Good interview right here.

His idea for the next Nas album = Classic. That needs to happen.

[NEW] Kanye West ft. Lil Wayne - "Tell Everybody That You Know"

Speaking of Kanye, here's another track off his upcoming album. It features Lil Wayne and auto-tune. And some singing. The link is courtesy of eskay and the rest of the NMC, so I better not get in trouble for posting this. The internet police have been on my ass lately. Damn, don't kill the messenger. Stop the violence. Yes we can.

Weezy Avoids Questions Like The Plague.

Lil Wayne dodges questions like they are bullets in this paparazzi firing squad. I don't blame him, especially when they include questions about kissing other men, his lip ring, his sexuality, and what happened that one day in Compton. Weezy loves the Paparazzi.

Lil Wayne To Re-Release Carter III...with all new songs.

Why? Because he's a martian, that's why....

MTV is reporting that Weezy is hard at work on this new old album:

...the tireless New Orleans mic fiend says he's dropping a new version of the album with all brand-new songs: He said clearly that the record is not — repeat not — Tha Carter IV.

In the article he also mentions that he is also having his first son. Congrats to Weezy. But wow, I can't imagine that dude raising a child. Lord help us. I wonder if his "dad" Baby will babysit.

4 out of 5 Dentists Recommend Lil Wayne Stays Home.

Lil Wayne is in trouble again after missing a court date...because of his pearly whites. Evidently, all that syrup he's sipping is rotting his teeth because Weezy had an emergency dental work procedure in which he had numerous root canal surgeries - prompting his dentist to urge him not to travel. And because he couldn't travel he couldn't go to Arizona for his scheduled court appearance. I hope he got a doctor's note.

He was supposed to appear in a Yuma County (Arizona) court, facing a few charges here and there, including:

(1) possession of a narcotic drug for sale.
(2) possession of dangerous drugs.
(3) misconduct involving weapons.
(4) possession of drug paraphernalia.
(5) transportation and/or sale of a narcotic drug.
(6) transportation and/or sale of a dangerous drug.
(7) damn.

[NEW] T.I. (feat. Kanye, Jay-Z, Lil Wayne) - "Swagger Like Us"

The internets have been buzzing about this song all weekend. Four of the heaviest hitters in the game on one track, talking about how dope they are, complete with a heavy synth Southern beat and a hook featuring an M.I.A sample from her track, "Paper Planes".

Who wouldn't be happy about this song?

Well, T.I., that's who. The song is featured on his upcoming album, Paper Trail, which drops on Sept 30th. It was one of the premier records on his album, and Tip wants to know how the hell it got to the internet.

"That's some bullsh--," a disappointed Tip told MTV News. "I'm beating down the Internet as we speak. Don't ruin the event. Wait till the cake comes out the kitchen before you eat it. That's like a kid who sees his toys before Christmas; it takes away from me and I think it takes away from the fans as well. When it's time, I'mma give it to you. They leaked my record with me and The-Dream ["Like I Do"] too. Leakage is never a problem I have had. I'm not used to it."

Well, Clifford, you better get used to it real quick. It's not going to change anytime soon. In fact, music will be free before we know it, so you might as well adapt and embrace the situation. Sometimes a leak like this can actually HELP your record sales. (Right, Weezy?)

In an unrelated note, can we please stop using the word "Swag" to define someone's credibility like it holds weight in their emcee abillity. That shit is down right ridiculous. Thank you. [/soap box]

Lil Wayne & Jay-Z: Mr. Carter Spoof.

I don't how Jay and Weezy could make a better video than this...

Starring comedian Affion Crockett (The GOAT rapper spoofer); the creative genius who brought you the brilliant Juelz and Lil Wayne spoof. He also does a spot on Jay-Z and Ludacris impression. Affion should just release a rap album already, it would be hotter than 90% of this nonsense out today.
